Your simplicity, tenacity of purpose and strong determination is therefore historic and will ever remain a potent source of encouragement and inspiration to us.
As we celebrate an iconic personality of your stature and status today, we are renewed in our hope that in no distant time, at the end of this dark tunnel, there shall be light bright enough to take us out of the political darkness and nightmares which our darling State has found itself.
