Rewarding Excellence, Akingbaso Gives Scholarship to Constituent with Highest UTME Score
as Hon Tosin Eniola gives further support

On August 9, 2023 , the office of Hon. Festus O. Akingbaso, MHR, Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency and Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Aviation, announced an offer of 1,000 UTME forms for each local government area in the Federal Constituency. To ensure transparency and fairness, an independent consultancy service handled the distribution, enrollment, and post-test activities.
After a month-long analysis by another consultant, Akinola Ayomide emerged as the highest scorer in the Federal Constituency with 315 points. Born on September 26, 2006, Akinola is an indigene of Idanre, attended St Joseph’s Catholic Grammar School, Idanre, and aims to study medicine and surgery at the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA).
Hon. Festus O. Akingbaso, fulfilling his promise, has awarded a scholarship to Akinola, covering tuition fees and sundry expenses throughout his studies. The Federal Lawmaker and Deputy Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State emphasized the need to promote educational excellence to motivate others. He announced that more beneficiaries will emerge in subsequent schemes.
Hon. Tosin Eniola, an aide to Hon. Akingbaso and founder of EHP foundation, praised the gesture and offered to provide additional educational aids to Akinola. He encouraged others to emulate Hon. Akingbaso’s gesture and support educational excellence.
