RANAO Vice Chairman, Col Saka Foluso (Rtd) Congratulates Prof Olu Aderonmu On Varsity Honour

The Vice Chairman of the Retired Army, Navy and Airforce Officers Association (RANAO), Ondo Chapter, Col FS Saka (Rtd) has joined other well-wishers to congratulate Prof Olu Aderonmu on the special recognition bestowed upon him by the Bamidele Olumiluwa University of Education, Science, and Technology in Ikere Ekiti.
The erudite professor is the Pro-Chancellor of the Federal Government University Gombe. The prestigious honour was conferred on him on Friday 7th of March, 2025 as a result of his invaluable contributions to the education development in Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message made available to the PATH, Col Saka described the Akure Born Professor as a living hero in the development of education saying he remains a role model to the younger ones in Nigeria.
His words: “Prof Aderonmu is a national asset not only to Ondo State but Nigeria at large. His positive impact in the education sector and society can’t be underestimated”.
“This recognition is well-deserved and I am happy and proud to be part of this history making honour”.
He commended the management of the University for beaming its search light on the outstanding contributions of Prof Aderonmu which birthed the prestigious recognition.
“At different places of his career, Prof Olu Aderonmu has written his name in gold and prosperity can’t forget all these noble and excellent contributions. He is a role model and father figure in our society”.
He added that, aside lofty contributions to the education sector, his ingenuity and leadership roles in the community development stands him out as a man of great accomplishment.
