Late Hon Adedayo Omolafe, popularly called Expensive has begun the journey to his final resting place as friends, associates and family organized night of tribute in his honour.
It could be recalled that, Expensive died on September 16 2021. His sudden death shocked many people as market and shops were closed in his honour.
Hon Adedayo Omolafe is a member of the House of Represetative, representing Akure South and Akure North Federal Constituency before his demise.
In attendance at the Night of tribute were members of House Representative, leaders of PDP in Ondo State, political aides, representative of Deji of Akure, children and families among others.
Hon Adedayo was described as a philanthropist, lover of good things, helper of the poor, friend of the downtrodden, humble personality and a grassroot politician.
He lived a well fulfilled life worthy of emulation. He had touched several lives as Council Chairman and also as House of Representatives member.
Expensive is one politician who is easily accessible; his doors are widely open 24 hours. Nobody come to his house and go the same way.
The wake keep is slated for Thursday 30th September and burial on Friday 1st October, 2021. His legacy will definitely stand the test of time.
