Don’t Allow Inferiority Complex to Bring you Down, Mrs Josephine Ademola Joju Tells Women

The State Internal Auditor of the Ondo State Police Command, Mrs Josephine Ademola Joju has advised women not to allow inferiority complex to bring them down, saying what a man can do, a woman can do it better.

She made the charge at the annual Lecture and Awards of the Sunshine Standard Magazine held at the Bliss world Hotel Akure.

In his welcome address, the publisher of the magazine, Mr Adetaranmi congratulated the awardees for making the 2022 list of the selected personalities conferred with the prestigious honour, saying their contributions have no doubt earned them the award.

Speaking with the PATH, Mrs Ademola said Nigerians women need to step up their games in whatever positions they might find themselves, adding that gone are those days when women were relegated to the background.

She further noted that, women across the world are making female gender proud and are even doing better than their male counterpart. ” Women across the world are occupying sensitive positions, performing excellently well and Nigerians women can’t be exceptional”.

Meanwhile, Mrs Ademola who is highly elated to be honoured thanked the publisher for beaming his search light on her activities at the Police Command, saying she wasn’t the only woman in the state but being among the selected ones mean a lot to her.

She dedicated the award to Almighty God who has been her source of strength while growing up and for His continue support to her present Status.

While thanking her parents for giving both the male and female children equal opportunity in education and other things of life, she added that her husband is another pillar of strength in all her endeavours.
