Retired Military Officers-RANAO Congratulates Aiyedatiwa, Asks Him to Priotize Security

The Retired Army, Navy and Air Force Officers Association of Nigeria ( RANAO) Ondo State Chapter congratulated the newly sworn-in Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa while assuring him of maximum support and cooperation as he leads the state.

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa took oath of office as the 7th Executive Governor of Ondo State following the demise of Late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who died in Germany on Wednesday.

Speaking with the PATH, the State Chairman of RANAO, Col Fidelis Ajibade Omowa (Rtd) charged Governor Aiyedatiwa to priotize the security of lives and property of the people of the state while asking him to involve Retired Military Officers in the security architecture planning of his administration.

“As you assume your new role, we believe that your wealth of experience, integrity, and passion for the security of the people will continue to guide you in leading the state towards progress and prosperity”.

Col Omowa urged the people of the state to support and cooperate with the governor to move Ondo State to the next level of development.

” We are very hopeful that the newly sworn-in governor will consolidate on the achievements recorded by the Late Governor in the area of security among other sectors”.

The Chairman charged members of the association to continue to support the governor as he pilots the affairs of the state.
