Orlando Akure, Prince Adas Imisi Begins Nigeria Tour

Prince Adas Imisi popularly called Orlando Akure has begun the Nigeria Tour, first of its kind in the Nigeria Music industry.

Before now, the common trend in Nigeria Music Industry is America and Europe Tours but nothing like Nigeria Tour but being a pacesetter, Orlando Akure has kicked start the tour from the country home of his mentor, Late Orlando Owoh, the King of Africa Kennery.

Speaking with the PATH, Orlando Akure said he has broken the Guinness Book of Record as the first musician in the country to begin Nigeria Tour, saying it was an inspiration from God.

His words: My project, Nigeria Tour was an inspiration from God that I should start something different from what our leaders in the industry are doing.

He said the financial challenges and logistics involved in the project stare him off at the begin but summon courage which led to the Owo Tour in honour of the king himself, Dr Chief Orlando Owoh.

While lamenting the not too impressive outing at the Owo Tour, he said he wasn’t deterred nor loss hope but determined to make a different in the field of music in Nigeria.

He noted that, after Owo Tour, he has done Akure and Idanre Tours, saying fund is slowing down the tour that ought to have left Ondo State.

” It is Nigeria Tour and not Ondo State Tour. It’s God concept giving to me and I am believing God for the success of the project”.

Prince Adas said despite the financial challenges facing the tour, mostly inability to get good musical instrument and equipment, he thanked God for the sustainability of the band, saying he knows God will manifest Himself.

His Words: “We have received support from people like Sunny Owo, Barrister Adu Olumuyiwa and the likes but we still need assistance in the acquisition of musical instrument”.

He noted that the launching of the Musical instrument of August 5 last year wasn’t enough to buy quality equipment which led to the diversion of little proceed from the launching into the production of an album titled “MO MO RE”.

While charging the well to do in the society and Music Promoters to come to his aids, he charged his teeming supporters and fans to continue to support him, saying better days are coming.
