Ondo: APC Elders Caucus Laud Gov Ayedatiwa Over State Repositioning, Call For Interactive Meeting With Group

Ondo State APC Elders Caucus has lauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for the steps so far taken in repositioning the state within the few weeks at the saddle of the state affairs.
In a Communique issued at the end of the meeting held on the 5th February, 2024 in Akure, the State Capital which was signed by the Secretary of the group Otunba Agboola Kelly called for Interactive Meeting with the Executive Governor of the state, His Excellency, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
The Elders agreed that urgent steps need to be taken to prevent some elements in the party that could constitute clog to the smooth running of the governor’s administration.
In the well attended meeting, the Elders unanimously agreed with the following point:
That the house acknowledges the effort so far made by Mr Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa in his efforts to reposition the state.
That the house observe the need for our amiable Governor to summon a meeting with the APC ELDERS CAUCUS for recognition and interaction.
That the elders agreed that there are some elements within the party who could constitute a cog to the smooth running of APC under your administration.
That against the above background the elders of the party opined the need for Mr. Governor to interface with the elders in order to shed light to salient issues of importance to the development of the party in the state.
