Hon Raymond O Daodu Chairs House Committee on Ethics and Privileges, SPD

The Lawmaker representing Akoko South West Constituency 1 in Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon Raymond O Daodu has emerged as the Chairman House Committee on Ethics and Privilege, Special Person and Disability.

The State Assembly unveiled 33 Standing Committees for its oversight functions and other legislative activities for the 10th State Assembly..

Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Olamide Oladiji who announced the committees also named the Chairmen and their deputies.

Following the inauguration of the 10th Assembly, the principal Officers of the House were elected and other positions are under the purview of the leadership of the Speaker for selection of Standing Committees.

33 Standing Committees was constituted by the House in line with the Section 103 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.

The Deputy Minority Leader is also the Vice Chairman House Committee on Natural Resources aside being a member of other Standing Committees of the House which includes Selection, Finance and Appropriation, Works,

R.O.D also belongs to Committee on Youths and Sport Development, Culture, Tourism, Security, Community, Commerce and Industry, Solid Minerals, Human Capital Development, Labour, Productivity, Pension and Related Matters.
