Tenants of CUDA Shopping Complex owned by Ondo State Property Development Corporation had got an injunction from Ondo State High Court restraining the Ondo State Government from demolishing the Shopping Complex.
The Tenants hod sought redress through an application filed by Chief S.O Akintububo in the Court after they were issued a three (3) months quit notice expiring on August 31th, 2025.
Subsequently, Ondo State High Court granted their prayers for an interim injunction restraining Ondo State Government through Ondo State Property Development Corporation or either of their agents whomever from demolishing CUDA Complex, Alagbaka Akure pending the determination of the motion on notice.
