The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure panel led by Justice Theresa Ngolika Orji-Abadua has dismissed the appeal filed by Eyitayo Jegede, the governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party against Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN of the All Progressive Congress for lack of merit.
Non Joinder of Gov. Mala Buni is fatal to the case of the Petitioners. It was a unanimous decision of five (5) Justices of Court of Appeal.
