2027: Rep Akingbaso Receives Heroic Welcome In Idanre, promises More Dividend of Good Governance To Constituents

The ancient City of Idanre stands still for Hon Festus Akingbaso, Member of House of Representatives, representing Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency on Saturday as hundreds of supporters trooped out to receive their son with pomp and pageantry.
The long entourage made a stopover at Ita-Olorun where Fessywest supporters and people of the town received him amid jubilation.
The mammoth crowd from Ita-Olorun, thereafter followed the Federal Lawmaker to Alade-Idanre where people were waiting before his final destination, Odode Idanre where thousands of supporters gave him grand reception.
Following the uploading of his name into the INEC portal as the APC candidate for Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency in the 2027 General Election, Fessywest as popularly called came back to his Constituency not only to thank them for their support but also inform them of his nomination for the 2027 pollls.
The heroic and grand reception have all the party leaders in the Constituency, APC members, women and Youth in their numbers celebrating the victory of the federal Lawmaker at the primary.
Addressing the people, Akingbaso thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, leadership of the NWC, Minister of Interior, Dr Bunmi Tunji Ojo, party’s leaders in the federal constituency and all party’s supporters for the roles played in his emergence as the flag bearer in the forthcoming general elections.
He urged every party leaders and members to be united and put the primary behind them, saying everybody must work for the victory of President Tinubu and all APC candidates in the next year general election.
While preaching peace among the party members, he made a passionate appeal to aggrieved aspirants and party members whose the party primaries didn’t favour to embrace unity and work together for the party’s victory.
He assured the constituency of more dividend of good governance in his second term in office, saying he will continue to serve and provide quality representation to the people of the Constituents.
