2024: Hausa Community Votes is For Gov Aiyedatiwa -Bala

The immediate past Special Assistant on Hausa Matters and Chairman Hausa APC Campaign Committee, Hon Bala Umar has assured Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of gross votes of the Hausa Community in the November 16 Governorship Election in Ondo State.

Speaking with the PATH at the Palace of Deji Akure, Hon Bala said all Hausa residing in Ondo State are ready to vote for the performing governor of Ondo State in the forthcoming governorship election.

He described the governor as a detribalized Nigeria that hold every ethnicity in high esteem saying his love for the Hausa Community can be seen with the appointment of Hausa in his government.

Bala added that Hausa Community is 100 percent ready and prepare to use their votes to give Governor Aiyedatiwa another four years mandate.

” Electing Governor Aiyedatiwa back to office is a task that must be accomplished going by his track records of achievements in the last ten months at the hems of affairs of the state”.

He said for the victory to be total and massive, Bala enjoined every registered voters to use the opportunity given by INEC to collect their PVC.

” In this election, we are going to set another record in the state as our candidate, Governor Aiyedatiwa will get over 600, 000 Votes. The Hausa Community are solidly behind him and he can count on our overwhelming votes”.

Addressing the traditional rulers from Akure South local Government led by the Deji of Akure, Aiyedatiwa promised the people of Akure kingdom to initiate more infrastructural projects especially roads construction across the kingdom, if re-elected.

The governor, who explained that Akure had been a peaceful city, said his government was ready to ensure its beautification to allow the town more attractive being the state capital.

“Akure remains one of the most peaceful state capitals in Nigeria. If any development wants to happen in the state for good, it must start from Akure. We have been doing what you ask for , we will continue to do more. I have not started the government at all.”

While disclosing that his administration will restructure the state budget to suit his plans for the development of the state, Aiyedatiwa asked them to troop out in their large numbers to vote for him come November 16th.
