2 Years’ Remembrance: Princess Omowunmi Ohwovoriole Eulogises Late Margret Atere

The Former Commissioner for Women Affairs Hon. Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole has eulogised the late former SSA to Ondo state Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu On Women Affairs, Hon. Margret Atere two years after her demise.

In glowing tributes to her colleague, the erstwhile commissioner described Hon Margaret Atere as a peacemaker, nation builder, and democrat of repute.

In a statement by her Media Aide Joe Ola, Hon. Olatunji-Ohwovoriole noted that though the ex-SSA had been called to higher glory, her towering legacies remain reference point for political office holders who earnestly desire to etch their names on the sand of time.

She stressed that Hon. Margret Atere kept faith with her vision despite mounting challenges in pursuit of an egalitarian society, until her last breath.

The Akure Princess also commiserated with the immediate family and the Akure Kingdom over the irreparable loss of the rare gem praying that her fond memory continue to be a blessing even to generations yet unborn.
