TESCOM Director, Vice Principals, Teachers Bag News Connect Magazine Special Recognition Award

In appreciating the services of teachers and critical stakeholders in education development in Ondo State, the management of the News Connect Magazine is conferring Special Recognition Awards on some outstanding teachers, Vice Principals and Director of TESCOM who have made positive impact in the state education sector.
The award program is slated for Tuesday 29th September 2026 at the OSPDC Multipurpose Event Hall Ijapo Estate Akure, Ondo State.
The recipients to be decorated are MRS BOLAJI ROSELINE OJO,Vice Principal Admin, Oyemekun Grammar School Akure, MRS COMFORT O. FASUNWON, Mathematics Teacher, Victory College Ikare Akoko, MR ADEBANJO JOHN AKINTUNDE, Vice Principal Victory College Ikare Akoko, COMR. ISIAKA ABIOLA AYANBISI Vice Principal, Community Comprehensive High School, Fagbo.
Also on the list are MRS OLUBUKOLA AGUNBIADE ADIGUN, Director, Zonal TESCOM, PRINCE OLUWAFEMI ADENIYI SALIU, Ajuwa Grammar School, Oke Agbe Akoko, PST. JOHNSON ADEGBOYEGA ODERINDE, Aquinas College Akure, and PRINCESS ADERIIKE SHOLA-DAREUnited CAC Grammar School Akure.
The Guest Speaker will be speaking on the theme: Students Unrest in Secondary School: The Emerging Trend of Signing Out in Ondo State.
Addressing Newsmen, the Publisher of the News Connect Magazine stated that, management of the news tabloid thought it wise to celebrate many unsung heroes and stakeholders in education sector, who have contributed immensenly to education development in Ondo State.
Meanwhile, Hon Dayo Awude, former Commissioner for Youths and Sports will chair the occasion while Bishop (Dr) Anthony Temitope Omole, the General Overseer of the Possibility Prayer House Ministry is the special guest and Dr Fadekemi Jogbodo, Tutor General, Ondo Central will deliver Keynote address.
Line up activities for the program includes Award, inter schools debate, magazine presentation, music, culture among others.
