Speaker, Deputy, Majority Leader, Others Attend Owo APC Special Prayer Service For Akeredolu

The Owo Local Government chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) organized a Special Prayer Service for the Ondo State Governor, His Excellency, Arakunrin Odunayo Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, CON.
The prayer service was held at the early hours of today at the Owo Diocese Anglican Cathedral, Saint Andrews Church – Imola, Owo. The service was attended by APC party chieftains and stalwarts.
In attendance were clergymen of various denomination such as the Dean of the Owo Anglican Diocese, Ven. Agboola, Ven. Orisamikan, Ven. Ayenigbara, Pa. Adekanye, Pa. Adeyemi and other anointed men of God.
While anchoring a session of the prayer service, Ven. Agboola described the Ondo State Governor as a man who has pure heart and clean hands. He further stated that Arakunrin Odunayo Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, CON is a glory to Owo kingdom, Ondo State and Nigeria at large. The Clergyman drew reference from the Biblical King Hezekiah who fell sick and prayed to God for the restoration of his failing health. God showed him mercy and granted him many more years.
Similarly, the people prayed to God Almighty for perfect healing for the Governor. They cried in one accord for mercy and the healing power for Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN, CON. Song of praises were also sang to God in full assurance that He has answered their supplications.
The prayer service was intensely attended by top dignitaries in Ondo State. In attendance were: Member, Ondo State House of Assembly, Owo Constituency 2, Hon. Atinuke Morenike Witherspoon and her Constituency 1 counterpart, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi. The Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olamide Oladiji and his Deputy Hon. Abayomi Akinrutan with other legislators from the Ondo State Hallowed Chamber.
At the event were the Chairman, Owo Local Government Hon. Chief Samuel Adegbegi, the Secretary to the Local Government, Mr Taye Adako, immediate past Caretaker chairman of Owo local government, Hon. Chief Oke Adebayo Benjamin, APC Owo local government Woman Leader and the Youth Leader, Councilors and party members, members of the Press and security personnel.
We all have resounding assurance that the health of the ondo state governor, Arakunrin Odunayo Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, CON shall be restored and our mouth shall be filled with praises within the shortest period.
