Senator Ipinsagba Aide Resigns over Paltry #20,000 Monthly Salary Payment.

The Ward Liaison Officer of Senator Olajide Ipinsagba representing Isowopo ward 2 in Akoko North East Local Government had resigned.

Mr Olatunbosun Awe in a letter made available to the public premised his resignation on the paltry #20,000 that he is being paid as salary.

He said the monthly payment is not in term with the present economic realities and a far cry from the national minimum wage bill passed by the national Assembly of which Senator Ipinsagba is a major constituent.

It was mentioned in his resignation letter that audience had been sought at intervals with the Senator for an upward review, all to no avail.

The letter narrated that his relationship with Senator Ipinsagba started in 2006 at the birthed of his Senatorial bid with the caption, Concept 2007 while he served as the Secretary of the campaign group.

Olatunbosun Awe had served as Personal Assistant to the Senator while he was serving as the Special Assistant to the Ondo State Government on Industrialization during the late Dr Olusegun Kokumo Agagu administration’.

He appreciated him for the opportunities given to to serve in his stewardship and attached the resignation letter.

Equally, he wishes Senator Ipinsagba successes in his future aspirations.
