The Chief Medical Director and Founder of the Sckye Hospitals Limited, Akure, Ondo State, Dr Thomas Wilson-Ikubese JP has opened up on how his health facility began in Ondo State some years back.
Speaking at the a guest speaker at the annual tech hangout of “Wetin Dey Code Academy” held at the Government House , Alagbaka, he stated that the hospital started ridiculously small despite his big dream.
The event hosted by Mr Godspower Otali and his amiable wife, brings tech players in Ondo state together.
On his speech, the former presidential aspirant advised guests at the programme not to be afraid to dream big and start small saying his hospital which has become an household name in the state started small.
His words: “Don’t be afraid to dream big, don’t be ashamed to start small” was my opening statement, as I cited the example of how Sckyé hospital started ridiculously small, in spite of my big dream”.
