Barr Kolawole Alonge, the Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor has charged Muslims faithful to use the sallah period to pray for quick recovery of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN.
While congratulating the Muslims faithful in the state on this year Eld-El-Kabir, Alonge urged them to rededicate themselves to God and continue to pray fervently for the peace and security of the State.
His words: ” I urged our Muslims brothers and sisters to use this sallah period to pray for quick recovery of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN most especially those performing Hajj in Mecca”.
He appealed to Muslims to demonstrate the good virtues of Islam through personal examples, practices and imbibe the tenet of Islam in their daily activity.
He implored the Muslims faithful to always exhibit the act of genuine sacrifice and submission to the will of Allah as demonstrated by Ibrahim who agreed to sacrifice his son to God.
