The People’s Democratic Party aspirant in the just concluded Bye election into Akure South and North Federal Constituency, Babatunde Faro has lose his father.
The death of Pa Rufus Arifalo Obe Faro occurred at early hour of yesterday, 8th March, 2022 after a brief illness.
In their condolence message to the family, Akure South Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) extends its deep sympathies and condolence to Mr Babatunde Faro over the shocking passage of his father.
Late Pa Rufus Obe Faro graduated from a prestigious University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA as an Accountant and retired after he had served meritoriously and diligently as a Chief Procurement/Supplies Officer in Ekiti State College of Education.
Pa Rufus Arifalo Obe Faro aged 83, a notable son of the soil, devoted Christian and passionate community leader whose contributions to humanity is extremely exceptional. His great legacies of good deeds and values would be greatly missed, he would also be remembered for the great love, generosity and kindness he has had towards the people of Okoro Isolo Quarters, Akure where he resided.
