PDP Deputy Governorship Candidate, Festus Akingbaso Bags Ondo State Outstanding Legislator of the Year

The Deputy Governor Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in Ondo State, Hon Festus Akingbaso has been conferred with Ondo State Outstanding Legislator of the Year by the Hero Magazine.
The Award investiture was held at the Dejavu Hotel in Akure on Sunday, 23rd June, 2024.
Hon Festus Akingbaso is a member representing Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives where he is the Vice Chairman House Committee on Aviation.
In his welcome address, the Publisher of Hero Magazine, Dr Akinbiola Sunday congratulated the awardees for making the list of the 2024 Edition of the Ondo State Outstanding Personalities of the Year Award.
He added that the lucky recipients of the Award were chosen based on their sterling records and contributions to the society and humanity.
Speaking with the PATH, Hon Adekunle Akinlalu, the PDP Chairman of Idanre Local Government who represented Hon Akingbaso described the honour as well deserved considering the impact of the lawmaker in the federal Constituency he is representing at the Green Chamber.
Akinlalu noted that if Ondo State has the like of Hon Akingbaso in the helms of affair of Ondo State, the people of the state will definitely enjoy dividend of good governance across board.

Akinlalu urged the people of the state to vote massively for the People’s Democratic Party and its candidate in the November 16 Governorship Election saying the state can’t continue to languish in poverty and economic hardship created by the ruling APC.
