The Trade Union Congress, (TUC) Ondo State Chapter has joined others to mourn the former Head of Service in the state, Barrister Toyin Akinkoutu who passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the age of 66.
In a condolence message signed by the State Chairman of the Union, Comrade Clement Fatuase, described the deceased as a devoted public officer whose service to the state would not be forgotten.
He added that, the Late Head of Bureaucracy in Ondo State has contributed positively to the development of civil service while in active service.
While commiserated with his immediate family, he urged them to take solace in a well fulfilled life spent by the deceased.
