ONDO STATE ARTISAN’S GROUP (OSAG) CELEBRATE 2025 ANNUAL PRAISE DAY IN GRAND STYLE

The Ondo State Artisan’s Group (OSAG) has celebrated its annual praise day in Akure Ondo State Capital amid funfare as the event was well attended by members of the group.
The theme of the 2025 edition of the praise day is tagged – “PRAISE TO VICTORY “IYIN SI OGO”.

18 – Local Government with other important dignitaries were all in attendance.
Speaking, the Chief Imam of Akure Kingdom, Sheikh Abdul Akeem Yayi Akorede congratulated Artisans in the state for the grace to witness the 2025 edition of the programme.
He harped on love and unity among the leadership and members of the association saying only where there’s love, peace and harmony development can take place.
The Chief Imam commended Artisans State President Comrade Gure efforts in uniting the association, while asking the leadership to collaborate with Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, a leader that prioritize the welfare of Unions in the state.
In his address, Comrade Apostle Adefioye Gbenga Gure welcomed members of the association to the 2025 edition of the annual praise programme saying what is require of them to God is praise and worship.
He appealed to members to be security conscious, celebrate the forthcoming Christmas and New Year in moderation, saying securing lives and property should not be left in the hands of government alone.
Apostle Gure equally thanked Governor Aiyedatiwa over his love for artisans in the state, with a promise of supporting his government at all levels.
He added that Artisans is one in Ondo State saying his leadership won’t entertain division and faction which might create friction and crisis in the state. He reiterated his government effort in promoting equity, fairness and justice in running the affairs of Artisans in the state.
He used this medium to remind our dynamic Governor HE Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa of his promise to establishing ARTISANS DEVELOPMENT & WELFARE BOARD as this will forster good relationships and progress of Artisans in our sunshine state. This will the first of it’s kind inn Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the State Publicity Secretary, Comrade Niran Oni assured Members of the association that Apostle Adefioye Gbenga Gure leadership assurance of fairplay is guaranteed unlike when their dividends are being stolen.
