Ondo MHR, Festus Akingbaso Calls For Maximum Aviation Security Awareness Among Security Agencies

The Vice Chairman House Committee on Aviation, Hon Festus Akingbaso has called for maximum Aviation Security Awareness in the country saying that is the only way to enlighten the public and ensure harmonious working relationship among the aviation sector and security apparatus in the country.
Speaking to Newsmen at a seminar organized by Nigerian Army tagged “Aviation Security Awareness 2023” with the theme “enhancing the capacity of the Nigerian Army Aviation towards achieving constitutional responsibilities in a joint environment”, the Lawmaker emphasized on the need for collaborative effort among the major security apparatus in the country.

The Lawmaker representing Idanre/Ifedore Federal Constituency represented the House Committee on Aviation at the event that was well attended by who-is-who in the Nigerian Army hireachy took place at the Army Headquarters Command Officers’ Mess 1 in Asokoro, Abuja.
Hon Akingbaso further reiterated the need to ensure maximum security of personnel and equipment to prevent any loss of live and property.
In the same vein, the House Committee on Army was duly represented by Hon Jimi Benson as several topics and papers were delivered at the seminar towards capacity building of Nigerian Army.
In attendance includes the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant Taoreed Lagbaja, Hon Festus Akingbas, Hon Jimi Benson, other Senior Military Officers among others participant.
