Ondo Assembly Passed Vote of Confidence on Majority Leader, Hon Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi

Ondo State House of Assembly has passed Vote of Confidence on the House Majority Leader, Honourable Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi , representing Owo State constituency 1 condemning his attack by some hoodlums in his constituency.

Speaking, Deputy Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Aderoboye Samuel said Hon Ogunmolasuyi has done quite enough for his constituents not to warrant such an embarrassment.

While maintaining that, the Majority Leader i has given quality representation to his constituents in the current assembly, the Deputy Speaker observed that political jobbers should look elsewhere to carry out their sponsored assignment

Aderoboye observed that this is a period for dirty politicking but called on politicians to shun blackmail in all it’s ramifications adding that the political landscape is big enough to accommodate any politician who might be willing to show interest in any political positions.

In his ruling, the Speaker of the House, Rt Hon. Bamidele David Oleyelogun called on politicians to desist from action or acts that may lead to breakdown of law and order in the state ahead of the 2023 general election. Adding that such attack on any member of the house will not be tolerated.

The Speaker maintained that the Majority Leader is an outstanding member of the ninth assembly who spares nothing in the quality representation of his constituents.

While noting that Ogunmolasuyi is a symbol of quality representation in the current assembly, the Speaker called on politicians in Ondo State to shun politics of bitterness.

While passing vote of confidence on Hon Oluwole Ogunmolasuy, his performemances are excellent even as a first timer in the house. Mr Speaker also directed the security agencies to fish out those involve in the attack and be brought to face its consequence.
