Ondo 2024: Fessywest Youth Wing Congratulates Agboola Ajayi, Other PDP Governorship Aspirants
The Fessywest Youth Wings, Ifedore Chapter has congratulated the winner of the April 25th Ondo State People’s Democratic Party governorship primary, Hon Agboola Ajayi and his co-contestants, decribed the contest as a family affair among brothers.
This congratulatory message was signed by the Public Relation Officer of the Fessywest Youth Wings, Hon Fagbolagun Oluropo Williams popularly called Williwinco.
The former Deputy Governor in Ondo State, Hon Agboola Ajayi won the Governorship primary of the People Democratic Party, polling 264 votes to defeat other six aspirants in the race.
The governorship primary was held on Thursday 25th April 2024 at The Dome International Event Centre where a total number of 621 delegates vote for the aspirants of their choices..
Others aspirants in the race includes Otunba Benson Akingboye polled 24 votes, Hon Victor Akinjo 157 votes, Engr Funsho Akinwumi 64 votes ,Hon Ola John Mafo 9 votes ,Chief Sola Ebiseni 99 votes and Arebuwa Bosun 2 votes.
In the statement released to the Press, the group described all the aspirants in the race as heroes, urging them to work together with the party’s candidate to dislodge APC from Alagbaka Government House.
The Group promised to work for the victory of Hon Agboola Ajayi in the November 16 Governorship Election in the state.
