Nigeria Needs God’s Mercy to Overcome Current Challenges Says Prophet Oluwamodede

The General Overseer of Prayer Centre Church of God (PCCG) Worldwide, Prophet Samson Oluwamodede has stated that the country needs God’s mercy to overcome the current economic and security challenges facing Nigerians.
Speaking with the PATH at the Headquarters of the church in Akure on Easter Monday, the renowned prophet said what Nigeria needs as a country is divine mercy from God saying despite President Tinubu assemblying good hands as cabinet members, things would only get better with God’s intervention.
He promised to continue to pray for the country saying Nigerians of different faiths should continue to raise their voices to God in Prayers for a better Nigeria, adding that human knowledge alone can’t solve myriad of challenges facing the country.
” PCCG Worldwide always takes time to pray for the good of Nigeria. I love this nation so much and we want peace to continue to reign. Our duty as Christians is to continue to pray God’s mercy and intervention”
Speaking on Easter, the Prophet charged christians to learn lessons of humility, love, sacrifice as exemplified by Jesus Christ who gave himself wholly for the sake of humanity. “Jesus was a very humble man who gave himself wholly for the sake of humanity.”
“He has taught us the full weight of love and compassion. As Christians, it is our duty to imbibe these teachings and be exceptional in our daily lives”, he added.
