All roads to the OSPDC Multi-Purpose Event Hall, Ijapo Estate Akure on the 27th September, where the Chief Executive Officer of the Moren Geoservices Surveyor (Mrs) Olubode – Ogunlusi Morenike would be conferred with the prestigious Sunshine State Achievers Award.
Surveyor Olubode-Ogunlusi Morenike is a force to reckon with among Registered Surveyors in Ondo State. She was singled out among women Surveyors for this year edition of the Sunshine State Achievers Award, a well celebrated event, organized by the management of the PATH NEWS.
The program is expected to draw dignitaries from across the state and beyond, of which penciled down Surveyor Olubode for the highest honor of DISTINGUISHED FEMALE SURVEYOR OF THE YEAR.
In the poll conducted by the Award Planning Committee, she beats others selected for this category of the award, having polled the highest votes cast.
In a Press Statement released by the Planning Committee, the nomination of Surveyor Olubode-Ogunlusi Morenike was by popular request based on her exemplary leadership, outstanding contributions to Surveying development and mentorship, high level of integrity, incorruptible posture, diligence in service among others live touching initiatives.
Part of the activities line up for the program includes public Lecture titled ” 2027:Poll: Godfathers, Money Politics And Electoral Violence In Nigeria: Effect on Free and Fair Elections” to be delivered by Pastor St Rufus Olalere.
Launching of the Pathcare Leadership Foundation, Unveiling of Special Brochure, Award presentation among others side attractions will form part of the activities celebrating PATH @ 8 and the 2026 Sunshine State Achivers Award.
His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Governor of Ondo State is expected at the occasion as Chief Host and Special Guest of Honour.
The well celebrated Sunshine State Achivers Award would be chaired by Dr Thomas Wilson -Ikubese, the CMD of Skye Hospital and former Presidential Aspirant, and co-chaired by Chief Akindele Omole, the Bobaselu of Odigbo Kingdom, Otunba Benji Oloye is the Chief Launcher.
All prominent personalities expected at the event include APC State Chairman, Hon Kolawole Babatunde, Sir Olusegun Odusola, Head of Service, Prof Bayo Ilawole, Permanent Secretary, Ondo State Local Government Service Commission, Comrade Fredrick Akinrinlola, NULGE President Ondo State,, CEO/DG of OSRC Media Group, Mr Kenneth Odusola -Stevenson among others personalities.
