Hon Fasua Pledges to prioritise Akure-South Local Government Workers’ Welfare

The Chairman of Akure South Local Government, Hon Gbenga Fasua has pledged to prioritize the welfare of the workers of the council.

He made this disclosure during a meeting with the local government workers and NULGE executives while expressing his appreciation for their hard work and cooperation since he assumed office.

The Chairman further thanked the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA)and other Departmental Heads for their efforts and unrelenting contributions to the progress of the Council.

Hon Fasua called for their total commitment and support of the workers saying the sucess of his administration depends on their cooperation and support.

In his appreciation, he presented gifts to the best and most punctual 15 staff members with a promise of making it a regular practice to show appreciation and encourage the workers.

Those in attendance were the Vice-chairman of the committee, Hon. Adebayo Ayodele, and other committee members, the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA) Mrs Dupe Omoloja, NULGE Chairman in Akure-South, Comrade Olusoji Oluwatuyi and Head of departments at the Local government.
