The Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on. Social Investment Programme, Barr Felix Kolawole Alonge has expressed gratitude to His Excellency, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on the appointment of Dr Olusegun Victor Ategbole as the Chairman of the Ondo State Hospital Management Board (HMB).
The Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Monday approved the appointment of Dr. Olusegun Victor Ategbole as the Chairman of the Ondo State Hospital Management Board (HMB).
Dr. Ategbole, whose appointment takes immediate effect, replaces Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti, the former chairman of the board who is now the Secretary to the State Government.
In a press statement made available to The PATH, Alonge described the appointment as well deserving, saying it is a round peg in a round hole considering the experience and exposure of Dr Ategbole in health sector.
He added that, the health sector and hospital management in the state will witness tremendous and monumental progress with the American trained medical expert in the saddle.
Alonge noted that, the Oka community received the news of the appointment with wide jubilation, commending the governor for picking one of their best sons to the exalted position in the Hospital Management Board..
While congratulating the chairman, Alonge urged him to bring his expertise and experience into being, saying he has what it takes to make a big difference.

Dr Olusegun Victor Ategbole is a distinguished medical practitioner of over three decades experience, Dr. Ategbole has worked in various hospitals and health institutions in Nigeria and the United States of America.
He hails from Oka Akoko in Akoko South West Local Government Area of Ondo State.
