HEALTHCARE RENAISSANCE IN THE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY: Hon. Akingbaso’s Vision Takes Shape
Our efforts at augmenting the efforts of the three tiers of Government are corroborative, collaborative, and complementary as well. Feedback from constituents highlights the need to revamp dilapidated structures, renovate health centres, and upgrade existing facilities to ensure better healthcare delivery. Our interventions, including upgrading, revamping, renovation, and medical equipment supplies to healthcare centres, have been impactful as structures wear new aesthetic look, potable water and energy sources made available via renewable energy sources.
We presented a bill to establish a College of Health and Dental Service, a research and training centre for health personnel. The bill is in its second reading, awaiting Public Hearing. When passed and assented to, it will positively impact Ifedore, Ondo State, and neighbouring states.
