Dr Adetolu Ademujimi is one of the recipients of the prestigious awards to be conferred on outstanding Nigerians that have proven their mettle in different fields of endeavours.
Fizzy 2024 is an annual award packaged by the Chronicle Magazine to celebrate and encourage Nigerians who have served meritoriously both in public and private sectors.
The 2024 Fizzy will be featuring Lecture, Award and Launching under the Chairmanship of Hon Bode Ayorinde, Founder, Achievers University, Owo, holding at the Sunbeth Hotel and Suite, Akure on Sunday 10th of March, 2024.
The Guest Speaker, Dr Gbenga Abimbola of the Department of Mass Communication, AAU Akungba Akoko will speaks on the theme “Monetization of Nigeria Politics And The Bane Of Godfatherism: Ondo 2024 in Perspective”.
The searchlight of the Media Organization was beamed on the outstanding contributions of Dr Ademujimi in the Health Sector and other fields.
The Idanre born is a medical doctor, health financing specialist, healing writer, reformer, coach, public policy expert and social entrepreneur.
He is an end-product of such refining educational institutions as Kings’ College, Lagos – 1998; Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State – 2010 ; and Manchester Business School, University of Manchester – 2013, where he earned & had his secondary education, Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MB.Ch.B), and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Healthcare Management respectively.
His healthcare trajectory cuts through private clinical practice, when he worked for three years as the Medical Director, Hope Hospital & Maternity, Idanre, Ondo State – a healthcare organization founded by his father, Dr. Kola Ademujimi.
Following his appointment into the Ondo State Civil Service in 2015, Dr. Adetolu commenced a public health career by starting off as Deputy Director, Medical Services of the Ondo State Primary HealthCare Development Board.
In June 2019, he was deployed to Ondo State Contributory Health Commission – the State Health Insurance Agency as the pioneer Director, Business Development & Marketing, to help build & nurture with others, a new paradigm of healthcare financing in the Sunshine State.
He formally took a career break from civil service in February, 2023, to take up a critical national role as the Health Finance Specialist of the Nigeria Sustainability & HIV Impact Project (N-SHIP) of the National AIDS, Viral Hepatitis & STIs Control Programme (NASCP), Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja. The project is funded by the United States Centre for Disease Control (US-CDC).
Beside his medical career, Dr Ademujimi is well known for his several extramedical activities which he does under the umbrella of his organization –Sartorius Resources. He has doctored several books & sundry literary works, and nursed countless sessions around personal, organizational and societal developments.
He deploys his intellectual prowess and creative resourcefulness to offer think-tank services to various organizations and governments to help resolve critical challenges.
