Barr Olatunji Ige Reveals Why He Built Multi-Millions Naira Studio in Akure

A philanthropist, Barr Sunday Olatunji Ige have disclosed the rationale behind the building of Multi-Millions Naira Recording and Photo Studio in Ondo State Capital, Akure, saying it is a way of contributing his own quota to the development of the city and Ondo State at large.

Speaking with the PATH at the official Commissioning of Omega Recording and Photo Studio at Shagari Village in Akure Wednesday, the Cheif Executive Officer said the project was a vision given to him by God which would serve as a platform to assist people facing challenges in music recording.

According to him, ” The vision came about giving back to the people and community and also a platform to help upcoming musicians and artistes in entertainment industry”.

The CEO stated further that, the recording and photo studio will create value to the state economy and also added value to the living conditions of people that will be working directly and indirectly in the Studio.

While encouraging upcoming musicians to patronize the facility with assurance that the company has special package to assist musicians facing financial challenges in producing music.

Barr Olatunji who doubles as Pastor said for patronage, he will be meeting with Media Executives in Ondo State, intimating them of the company”s services and partnership with the studio.

He enjoined people of the state to visit the company’s Facebook, You Tube and Instagram pages for different services the Studio is rendering and further information.

He added that the studio is equipped with state-of-the-art music production equipment and advanced audio and video recording technology. It also features a spacious and comfortable lounge, a modern control room and an array of high-end recording equipment. It also features a photo studio session.

“The studio has been designed to meet the needs of any professional or aspiring artist looking to create the best sound possible. The mixture of all the equipment, technology, and expertise on ground will help to make the production a success. Also, their photo studio session is open to all creative photographers in the state”.

Speaking, the representative of the governor, Honourable Commissioner for Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Hon Wale Akinlosotu commended the CEO of Omega Studio for erecting a multi millions naira studio in Ondo State, saying it will definitely improve the economy of the state.

He charged people of Ondo to continue to patronize the studio he described as International standard going by the equipment erected by the entrepreneur.

In the same vein, the National President of Freelance Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN), Comrade Taiwo Gold congratulated the resident of Ondo State for the world class recording studio commissioned in Akure, saying there’s no need to travel to Lagos for music recording.

FIBAN President further thanked the Barr Sunday Olatunji for the vision of building a Studio in the state capital, charging people in entertainment and media industries to embrace this opportunity and see it as a way of developing themselves among others.
