Barrister Olumuyiwa Adu has won the ticket of the People’s Democratic Party in the February 26 Bye election of Akure South and North Federal Constituency.
He polls a total votes of 98 to beat other four contestants in the race. Hon Awude scores 16 votes, Hon Kemisola Adesayan scores 70 votes, Hon Adebayo Alaranpon polls 8 votes, Mr Faro Babatunde scores 40 votes.
