Ondo NUPENG Congratulates Aiyedatiwa, Harps on Prioritizing Workers’ Welfare

The State Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), Comrade Adekunle Adewale has congratulated the newly sworn-in Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, asking the people of the state to cooperate with his administration.
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa took oath of office as the 7th Executive Governor of Ondo State following the demise of Late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who died in Germany penultimate weeks.
Speaking with the PATH, the Chairman charged Governor Aiyedatiwa to priotize workers welfare like the Late Governor who was workers’ friendly.
His words: “I am also using this medium to congratulate His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his responsibility as the 7th Executive Governor of our dear Sunshine State. I pray for divine wisdom and knowledge to govern the state”.
“As you assume your new role, we believe that your wealth of experience, integrity, and passion for the security of the people will continue to guide you in leading the state towards progress and prosperity”.
He urged the people of the state to support and cooperate with the governor to move Ondo State to the next level of development.
” We are very hopeful that the newly sworn-in governor will consolidate on the achievements recorded by the Late Governor in the area of workers welfare, security among other sectors”.
