Swearing in: Bobaselu of Odigbo Kingdom, Chief Akindele Omole Congratulates Aiyedatiwa, Adelami

The Bobaselu of Odigbo Kingdom, Chief Akindele Omole has congratulated Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami as they took oath of office in Akure,Ondo State Capital.
Governor Aiyedatiwa has made history as the 7th Executive Governor of Ondo State. The Ilaje born governor and his deputy were sworn in on 24th February, 2025 at the Akure Township Stadium, Ondo State.
In a congratulatory statement made available to Newsmen, Chief Omole expressed his warmest congratulations to the new administration, wishing the governor and his deputy a successful tenure.
He noted that, the inauguration of Governor Aiyedatiwa marks a new chapter in Ondo State’s history, with high expectations from the people who voted massively for him in the November 16 Governorship Election in the state.
Bobaselu expressed his confidence in the governor’s ability to make a difference saying the last one year in the saddle is a testament of better days ahead.
His words: “As you take on this noble responsibility, I have no doubt that your tenure will be marked by transformative governance, economic growth, and impactful policies that will uplift the lives of our people”.
He further commended the governor for the recognition given to traditional institutions in Ondo State while also thanking him for the commissioning of the Ondo State Council of Obas Secretariat in Akure.
Your swearing in and Inauguration marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of our dear state. I have confidence in your leadership mostly on the OUR EASE AGENDA of your government designed to bring development and comfort to the people of the state”.

He enjoined the people of Ondo State to be patient with the Governor, saying his OUR EASE Agenda will transform the state.
