Princess Bola Akindana Congratulates Gov Aiyedatiwa On 100 days in Office, Tribunal Victory

The DG/ Convener, O’datiwa women idanre Local Government, Princess Esther Bola Akindana has joined others to congratulate the governor of Ondo State, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, while also felicitating with him on the 100 days in office.
The tribunal on Wednesday 4th June, 2025, dismissed the petitions filed by some parties, upheld the election of Governor Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC), affirming his victory in the November 16, 2024 governorship poll.
The three-member tribunal, chaired by Justice Benson Ogbu, delivered a unanimous judgment, dismissing the petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Agboola Ajayi, and other political parties.
She described the victory of the governor and his deputy as the confirmation of the popular people’s mandate freely given to them on 16th November, 2024 by the good people of Ondo State.
Princess further added that Court’s verdict would spur the Governor to deliver more dividend of democracy for the people of Ondo State.
Her words: ” I congratulate His Excellency, Hon. (Dr.) Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the Executive Governor of Ondo State, and his deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami mni, on their resounding victory at the State Election Petition Tribunal. The 18-0 promax across the 18 local governments is a confirmation of the confidence and trust the people of Ondo State have in him”.
Princess Akindana said the verdict came at the right time that Dr Aiyedatiwa’s administration is delivering genuine good governance for the people of Ondo state amidst his 100 days in office.
She expressed optimism that the victory at the Tribunal will enable the Governor to full concentrate in delivering more milestone projects and more dividend of democracy for the people of the state.
Meanwhile, Princess felicitates the governor on the outstanding achievements recorded within the last 100 days in office saying the people of Ondo State should be expecting more dividend of good governance under the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa.
She thanked the governor for the flag off of Akure-Idanre Dualization Road, noting that, the historic road construction will further boost the economy of Idanre and environs.
She expressed confidence that, the government of OUR EASE being led by Governor Aiyedatiwa has come to stay, while appealing to the governor to consider women for sensitive positions in his government.
