Ondo Decides: Bola Taiwo Congratulates Gov Aiyedatiwa Says Result Validates People’s Love for Him

The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Union Matters and Special Duties, Comrade Bola Taiwo as extended his heartfelt congratulations to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his historic landslide victory in the just concluded governorship election in the state.
In his congratulatory message made available to the PATH NEWS, the Former NULGE President said the landslide victory of the governor validates the love people of Ondo State have for him.
The Independence National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared the governor as the winner of the November 16 Governorship Election in Ondo State, defeating his closest rival, Hon Agboola Ajayi of the People’s Democratic Party.
Bola Taiwo added the overwhelming support and votes across the 18 local government areas of Ondo State shown that the people Ondo State appreciated the good works of the governor within 10 months in office.
His words: The landslide victory of Mr Governor is a remarkable testament to his dedication to the people’s welfare within 10 months in office. Our people believe if Governor Aiyedatiwa can achieve so much within this short period, if given mandate of four years, he would do better”.
He emphasized that the election results reflect the deep trust the people of Ondo State have in Governor Aiyedatiwa’s ability to deliver the dividends of democracy.
He commended the workers, unions and associations for standing with the governor while assuring them of more dividends of good governance and support from the governor.
The Comrade Special Adviser noted that it was unprecedented in the state’s electoral history for a governor to win all the 18 local governments, saying results shown People’s love for the governor.
Taiwo appealed to the people of Ondo State to exercise patience with Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa administration, saying the governor will fulfill his campaign promises to the people.
