Birthday: Akure South LG Staff Celebrate Chairman, Hon Gbenga Fasua in Grandstyle

It was a moment of celebration in Akure South Local Government Area Council of Ondo State on Friday, 23rd August as workers of the council organized a surprise birthday for the Chairman of the council, Hon Gbenga Fasua.
August 23rd is the birthday of the proud son of Akure Kingdom who has proven his mettle as one of the best Transition Committee Chairmen in Ondo State.
As a man of the people, the council workers can’t but celebrate the chairman who many described as hardworking, caring and accommodating.
Speaking, the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA) in the Council, Mrs Dupe Omoloja said the surprise birthday package was put together to celebrate the chairman in a unique and grandstyle.
She promised her continues collaboration with the chairman in ensuring all his visions for the council come to fulfillment.
Mrs Omoloja prayed for more fruitful years and fulfilling life in all his future aspirations.
The Chairman who couldn’t hide his feelings thanked the entire workers of the council for the great honour of celebrating his birthday.
While urging the workers to cooperate with him, he assured them of better welfare package, adding that in love and unity, Akure South Local Government would become not only a template of development but envy of other local governments in Ondo State.
The climax of the event were cutting of multiple Cakes and cultural dance display by the award winning troupe who entertained all the well-wishers present.
