Sckye Hospitals CMD, Dr Ikubese Bags Best Doctor In Humanitarian Support Services

The multi award winning Medical Doctor, Dr Thomas-Wilson Ikubese has been conferred with the award of the Best Doctor Of The Year In Humanitarian Support Services by Mayor Communications Media Groups, Lagos.
Dr Thomas-Wilson Ikubese, is the Medical Director & CEO of Sckye hospitals Ltd and Former Presidential Aspirant.
The event which took place on 25th October, 2024 at Women Development Centre Agege, Lagos was braced by the crème de la crème of the society, who were honored in various categories.
Dr Ikubese was honored in the category of Notable Nigerians In The South West for his several humanitarian contributions to the health sector.
His hospital, Sckye Hospital Ltd had been rendering free antenatal services to pregnant women since 2004, covering free registration, free specialist consultations, free ultrasound scans, free urine and blood tests, free drugs and free vaginal deliveries. Pregnant women with triplet pregnancies are also operated upon (Caesarean Section ) for free and each of the babies placed on monthly support of ten thousand naira for one year.
The hospital is also known to constantly write off the bills of indigent patients who cannot afford to make payments.
Responding, Dr Ikubese thanked the organisers of the award for the recognition and promised to do more for humanity.
