APC Primaries: Bolodeoku Reaffirms Loyalty To Aiyedatiwa, Supports Governor On Consensus

Former Senior Special Assistant and a leading aspirant in Odigbo Consistuency 2, Hon Feyisola Bolodeoku has reaffirmed his loyalty to the Governor of Ondo State, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, saying the governor remains the number one leader of the party in the state.
In a Press Statement made available to the journalists, Bolodeoku stated that, whatever decision taken by the governor and leaders of the party remain supreme, noting that, as a loyal party leader, he won’t questions the decision of the governor.
” Whatever decision taken or arrived at by the governor and our leaders is in the best interest of our party. The unity of the party and winning the forthcoming elections is paramount to me”.
Bolodeoku added that, the governor appealed to all aspirants to embrace consensus is in the best interest of the party and prevent wastage of resources, noting that, whatever one’s become in politics is a matter of time, loyalty and consistency.
“For me, I will support the decision of the governor and party, also encourage my supporters to do the same”.
He commended the magnanimity of the governor who promised to reappoint loyal aspirants who resigned to contest for different positions, saying the governor has shown good leadership with this gesture.
The former SSA enjoined all aspirants to support the administration of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, saying doing contrary to the consensus arrangement of the party won’t be favourable to whoever wants to challenge the authority.
” The new Electoral Act allows consensus and direct Primaries but as a loyal party man, the decision of the party is supreme. I can only urge aspirants not favoured by the consensus arrangement to abide by the decision of the governor and leaders in their various state and federal Constituencies. I know my governor, he will definitely compensate everyone that has put resources into the contest”.
