2nd Term: NASSI Sets 6 Point Agenda For Akeredolu

National Association of Small Scale Industrialists (NASSI) Ondo State Chapter has set six point agenda for Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, saying he should redirect his focus to small Scale industries as he commences second term in office.

The State Chairman of NASSI, Great Sheyi Akintunde congratulates the governor on his inauguration, hopeful that his second term will bring more dividend of good governance to the state.

NASSI has earlier complaint of neglect by Akeredolu led government in his first term in office.

Great Sheyi said it became necessary for the association to set agenda for the governor, saying their contribution can not be under estimated as the backbone of the state economy.

“Our expectations from the governor is for him to focus more attention on Small Medium Enterprises (SME) development, coincise partnership with NASSI, enhance trade fairs, create a loan desk at the Ministry of Commerce, create a data base for SME in Ondo State and improve on Security achievement to enhance better economic development”.

He charged the governor to give priority to small scale industries in Ondo State, noting that his first term in office would have experienced more IGR if SME were carried along in his programmes.
