100 days in office: Alonge Hails Governor Aiyedatiwa Flag-Off of Akungba-Ikare Road Dualization

The Senior Special Assistant on Social Investment Programme to the Governor of Ondo State, Barr Felix Kolawole Alonge has hailed Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on the flag off of Akungba-Ikare road dualization.
As part of the activities marking the 100 days in office of the governor, Dr Aiyedatiwa has been commissioning and flagging off several projects across the three Senatorial Districts of the state.
Speaking with the PATH, Alonge expressed deep appreciation to the Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for the flag off that will further boost the economy of the Akoko region of the state.
He described the flag off as a significant milestone that will immensely benefit the people of the Northern Senatorial Districts, mostly, the Akoko people of the state.
While congratulating the governor on the occasion of his 100 days in office, he further commended the monumental infrastructure development embarked upon by the governor across the state.
The SSA added that, with the massive investment of the governor on infrastructure and power, it will help in driving the economy of the state.
He noted that, the history making flagged off is a clear evidence of the administration’s commitment to infrastructural development and improving the lives of residents across the state.
His words: ” With the flag off of Akungba-Ikare Road Dualization, the road project will not only boost the local economy but also ease access to markets, schools, and healthcare facilities within Akoko Axis and neighbouring states that share boundaries with Ondo State.
Alonge said the completion of the road would put an end to the frequent carnage and loss of property of the commuters and Akungba Community.
He further thanked Governor Aiyedatiwa for remembering Akoko region of the state in his vision and proactive steps toward developing Ondo State’s infrastructure.

Alonge expressed optimism that aside physical development of the state, Governor Aiyedatiwa would continue to embark on social Investment programme for the vulnerable people of the state.
Reaffirming his loyalty and support for the Aiyedatiwa-led administration, Barr Alonge pledged to continue to implement the social welfare package of the governor through his office as the SSA on Social Investment Programme.
